Genetics

Sire Line

Her sire, Astronomic VH Legita Hof Z, was bought by Zangersheide as a foal at the Z-festival and has since then developed into a high-promise showjumper. He has since competed internationally up to 1,50 m and is placed up to 1,45 m.

The grandsire Aganix du Seigneur competed himself internationally until 1,60 m, but he really stands out in his sire duties. He already has more than 120 offspring competing at 1,45 m to 1,60m, with fifteen of those performing at Grand Prix 1,60 m level.

Ogano Sitte is a strong-build, well-conformed stallion with an enormous fighting spirit and excellent attitude. Under Dominique Hendrickx, he has achieved international success at 4-star level and won the 1.60 m Grand Prix CSI**** in Naples. Also, over 60 of his offspring have made it into the big sport and impress on the international stage.

The granddam, Naturelle vh Legita Hof Z, has been extremely successfull under the saddle of Tristan Guisson. She became European Youngster Champion with Team Belgium and won Gold medal at the BC and Individual Silver at the EC.

Nabab de Rêve was a licensed Belgian stallion who enjoyed great success in international show jumping under Philippe Le Jeune. He is a proven sire of show jumpers, and his offspring display great power and good technique.

Sauterelle de La Pomme competed up to 1,35 m.

Dam Line

Her dam, Zaria, is a large-framed gray mare with a lot of ability. She completed her first competition outings in 2023.

The grandsire, Zirocco Blue, has achieved several very impressive international results under Jur Vrieling. He has many successful international jumping descendants with more than 82 offspring competing at 1.55m/1.60m-level.

Mr. Blue competed internationally until the age of 15 years old and was described as a powerful stallion, with a docile character and easy to handle.

Licorne des Forets, by Voltaire, competed at the international 1.50m level.

The granddam, Zarin III, is an Holstein broodmare by Contender. Contender is one of the most influential sons of Calypso II – who was himself an important transmitter of the genetic heritage of Cor de la Bryère. He won the 1987 Adelheidsdorf stallion performance test and went on to be the 1-b main premium vice-champion in Oldenburg, where he spent his first three years before moving to Holstein. An impressive number of his first foals went on to international careers and he continues to produce exciting young stallions like Contendro.
